Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier operations.

- United States: 10–15 business days

For damaged deliveries, customers may be asked to provide photos of the packaging and item received.
